- Champion parks and responsible environmental policies
- Strongly support increasing citizen participation in City decision-making
- Advocate for transit and roads policies that make sense for Shoreline residents
- Work on regional committees to Ensure Light Rail comes to Shoreline
- Support social services for seniors, veterans, and children in need
- Oppose excessive development at Point Wells and fight to limit any impact on Richmond Beach residents
- Ensure the water utility in Western and Central Shoreline is owned and operated in a manner that is most beneficial for Shoreline Citizens
